The boat is a 1987 50’ Fleming. I started a full remodel of it from the main deck up. Although it is in the water and being used occasionally there is still some work to be done on the remodel.

. These include but are not limited to:
1. Hook up generator
2. Install gauges for engines
3. Install galley and counters
4. Finish running all 12 Volt and 110 Volt power
5. Trim pilothouse forward windows
6. Finish overhead
7. Plumb the water system
8. Connect the forward head. (There are two SaniFlush Vacuum heads. One is installed in forward head and the other is in a box as it was temporarily replaced with a manual head.)
9. Connect the Bow Winch
10. All wiring for shore power and generator.
11. Connect upper steering station for steering and engine controls.
12. Install all electronics.

The hull is in very good condition and there are no leaks. There are no estimates to finish the work since there are many optional ways to do it but I believe $10,000-$50,000 will make the boat complete depending on the amount of owner work and the tastes of the new owner. The present owner is working out of the state and is unable to use the boat or complete the work and that is the reason for the sale.

Below decks there is the normal 2 staterooms and 2 heads with sinks and showers.
The engines are Caterpillar 3208 natural. Like new
The generator is an 18 KW Westerbeke Like new
The boat is stabilized but the control unit is not connected and the wings are pinned.
There is a water maker but I do not believe it is operable.
There are a total of 4 fuel tanks and the specs are the normal Fleming 50 specs.
There are two water tanks with standard specs.

Owner will deliver the boat anywhere on the West Coast of U.S. or Mexico.

We recently upgraded to a larger boat, and as a result, I no longer need this MotorGuide Stealth 300 bow mount trolling motor. This is a foot controlled motor for hands free operation, and it works great. It runs on 12 volts, and provides 37 lbs of thrust. Its got 5 speeds in normal mode, 5 speeds in high power mode, and has a momentary touch switch for quick, foot controlled on/off operation. This motor was mounted on a fairly heavy 15' aluminum center counsel fishing boat, and provided plenty of thrust and manuverablility.

Large marine deep cycle battery also available for $60.
